Stallion.ai provides strategic vision and systems integration of innovative artificial intelligence solutions. Based in Dubai with a mandate to address the MENA region, Stallion.ai provides clients with strategic and tactical AI advice and solutions. My visits to the region and my role as Head of Applied AI was to bridge clients' business requirements to in-house technical capabilities, and ensure that the team's use of tools and tactics is both sustainable and transferable to the client upon project completion.

In assistance with the IBM Innovation Incubator (I3) program and the Ontario government, my advisor role consists of assisting Invest Ottawa client companies with strategic considerations, implementation support and education in deep learning for their unique product deployments.

At Nuraleve, I supervised, streamlined and optimized processes and procedures across the training, regulatory, research and development, sales, and marketing departments of an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified medical device company. Originally joining the team to design and develop medical device firmware, I helped redesign the device for increased number of redundant safety features (patented).

Designed and simulated an accurate Simulink model of the 3GPP-LTE PHY Layer for a repeater station. Created equivalent blocks while optimizing for simulation speed. Selected high-speed FPGA architectures and prepared HDL Work Breakdown Structure. Built a functional LTE PHY-Layer skeleton simulator.

Developed new sensor modules to answer DAQ requirements for high-efficiency wind turbine. Integrated off-the-shelf technology (Siemens Microbox) with custom-designed solutions (MEMS sensors and processor modules, PROFIBUS/PROFINET design). Assigned roles and tasks to student groups to help them get hands-on experience.

My role of Director of Safety and Rescue Operations made me responsible for a team of over 50 employees. I recruited, trained and supervised a team of 30 lifeguards over 6 beaches and 25 ski patrollers for 250km of cross-country ski trails. I was lead on multiple high-risk rescues (CPR, fractures) when necessary. I also negotiated acquisitions and logistics for first aid, rescue, transport equipment and maintenance/supply services.Some of my key achievements include saving the company’s services contract by guaranteeing operational beaches. I was also one of the first supervisors that delivered the highest full lifeguard certification count on record (100%, record of 15 years).
