- Responsible for the day-to-day management and continued development of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) DAM, customized to house Pottery Barn’s collection of 3 million color-approved photographs, gifs, videos, and evergreen assets.- Manage a small, high-performing team to tag product metadata and catalog 5k-10k new image assets each quarter, updating older records as needed.- Create workflows leveraging existing production software to streamline asset tagging and ingestion.- Proactively lead as the PB DAM point of contact for product managers, internal stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and DAM users.- Effectively apply change management skills and build consensus among competing stakeholders to implement a cross-functional image crop-management system to reduce loss of data on 10k photos per quarter.- Translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement.- Serve as the DAM Help Desk by providing both individual and company-wide user support and by reporting on technical issues.- Design and implement multi-faceted user education initiatives, including guides, tip sheets, demo videos, resource web pages, and other instructional aids that help users with common system functions.- Create, monitor, and analyze reporting to understand the health and performance of the DAM and its user base.- Maintain strict metadata taxonomies for all digital assets to facilitate system navigation, content search, and retrieval across cross-functional systems.

- Launched Pottery Barn’s Adobe AEM eDAM system as the primary librarian, conducting user research to establish metadata governance standards.- Conducted user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborated with implementation partners for product development.- Developed educational resources and training initiatives, facilitating user adoption and system proficiency.Hosted company-wide seminars and demonstrations to align cross-departmental teams with DAM usage.

Public Arts Internship in which I coordinated with the Collections Specialist and Public Art Officer to develop new public sculpture projects and migrate digital and physical records of existing public artworks in the city of Dublin.
