In this role, I was accountable for all capital Projects C2C (Concept to Commissioning) of Jubilant Ingrevia, Jubilant Biosys / CRDMO, Jubilant Pharmova and Jubilant Generics along with informal technical advisory role for bigger investments of Jubilant Food Works. This was one of the most exciting and challenging assignments ever I have experienced in my professional career. Proud to showcase to the world that I had built a high performance team of 75 Engineers (Design engineers, Project engineers, construction engineers including construction safety specialists and construction quality engineers) across pan India to manage multiple projects of varied magnitudes (both brown filed and green field) spread over multiple manufacturing sites of Jubilant.During this tenure of mine with Jubilant, introduced number of effective Project Management processes and controls including review mechanisms and useful reporting systems which gave higher visibility with better dash boards designed to see the real time performance of all projects at all sites. ❑ Successfully completed one of the largest Sartans API manufacturing block in the country with 330 m3 reactor volume right from conceptualization stage to commissioning at an outlay of INR 200 Crores. World class dense chemistry Labs of approx 600 fume hoods / 2Lac sq ft area was created, Added to this, a high class facility of Acetic anhydride manufacturing plants was set up from the scratch with plant capacity of 175 TPD x 2 plants.
