• Work with University leadership team to design, plan, implement, and evaluate interprofessional education, leadership, and workforce development programs. • Develop strategic plans to identify, prioritize, and operationalize programs with measurable goals.• Utilize network of over 1,000 stakeholders to form dynamic teams for innovation and collaboration.• Conduct interviews and present insights and recommendations to decision makers and stakeholders.• Run cross-functional team meetings and manage communications for over 100 members. • Provide project management for 9 programs serving 4,000 faculty, staff, and students. • Direct communication and marketing plans to educate and engage partners across the state. • Disseminate program results through publication and presentations at external conferences. • Create evaluation tools and use data to quantify opportunities.

Managed all aspects of a project lifespan from development to implementation and evaluation for multiple projects, often simultaneously. Project sponsors include the National Institutes of Health and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Helped secure over $4,000,000 in project funding through grant writing.
