Provides facilitation and technical assistance support across a multi-faceted federal program addressing health disparities. Supports workplan implementation of 10 Regional Health Equity Councils implementing various activities addressing the social determinants of health.Group Facilitation. Enhanced the capacity of non-governmental organizations to support integrated behavioral health and HIV systems of care, including service sustainability.Product development. Served as a project advisor for Altarum's work with Ohio's Nord Family Foundation to assess the opioid crisis in Lorain County, Ohio. Supported overall project management and client engagement. Key Accomplishments:Qualitative research. Led research to identify emerging, promising, and best practices implemented by states and localities across the country to reduce opioid-related deaths, providing critical input to a comprehensive environmental scan.Coalition and partnership development. Co-facilitated strategic sessions to identify opportunities to expand local partnerships to address the opioid crisis in Lorain County, Ohio.

Co-led strategic direction for Altarum's Behavioral Health Technical Assistance Center. Developed operating protocols to guide the Behavioral Health Technical Assistance team. Created policies and procedures to guide management of funded projects. Worked with federal and foundation clients to design, implement, and evaluate mental health and substance use disorder projects. Facilitated team meetings and collaborated with stakeholders across the organization. Identified external stakeholders and facilitated collaborative to respond to behavioral health challenges.

Started new training division within the organization. Led and implemented all education activities, staff and professional development strategies, including medical education initiatives for physicians and allied health professionals.
