• Managing fixed access line portfolio of 4.2 Bn PKR (15 Mn USD) in 39 Cities/ Towns [Annual Revenue ~900 Mn PKR (3 Mn USD) & growing ]• Responsible for Planning, Deployment & NOC Operations of Fiber Network• Formulation of Business Plan, Budget Forecasts & Marketing Strategy• Bids Evaluation, Contract Finalization & Vendor Management• Monitoring, Evaluation & Control of project deliverables

• Pre-Bid support by gathering requirements and translating them into functional solutions• Monitoring, Evaluation & Control of project deliverables• Implementation of Change Requests, Tracking of Project Plans and Escalation to Management• Coordination with field teams and concerned business owners for end-to-end deployment• Risk identification & mitigation strategies throughout project life cycle

• Working closely with our engineers to guide products from conception to launch and with our business partners to generate profitable streams• Responsible for managing pre-sales activities: documentation, preparing business proposals, preparing product roadmap etc.• Conducting the competitive analysis and gathering knowledge to address business needs of potential clients as part of pre-sales process• Primarily working on access & transmission product line: MSAG, GPON, PTN
