.Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, or commercial purposes.Carry out assigned drafting and design work in compliance with MBI’s offered technical solution, appropriate standards and regulations, budget, schedule, scope and client’s specification..Carry out electrical system design and drafting, and maintain control over the design solutions carried out by external service providers and suppliers..Strong expertise in the design of HV Electrical Systems.Experience with HV Power Systems and Substations.Project management of distribution design works undertaken demonstrating planning, time management, communication, reporting and financial control..Produce and review ITPs, perform and witness equipment testing as required for internal quality control, FAT and SAT.Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards..Conferring with customers, engineers and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects..Management of client stakeholders including strong drawing and mark-up requirements across software packages (ETAP / Power Factory / MicroStation & Autocad)..Experienced with electrical drawings including reviewing, creating, red lining on both PDF & CAD files.

• Ensuring the safety, health and environmental procedures are adhered to within work environment.• Supporting and executing all initiatives associated with the improvement and maintenance of site assets through the SAP CMMS. This includes asset framework, maintenance strategy and change management processes.• Ensuring critical I/E equipment and systems are available to meet production requirements & to optimise plant performance. Deliver continuous improvement in the cost effective, efficient, and reliable operation of plants. Ensuring Shutdown scopes of work and implementation maximise reliability of operations.• Managing all relevant changes to Manufacturing Centre maintenance strategies and master data through a defined Maintenance of Change process and ensure master data meets Orica’s master data standard. Ensuring approval process includes assurance of integrity compliance requirements.• Implementing defined defect / failure reporting and elimination strategies to prioritise plant and process defects, developing root cause analysis and implementing solution to eliminate recurrence and optimise performance.• Promoting understanding and use of reliability tools (e.g. Weibull, FMECA, RBM) across equipment and plant as well as work management processes within the defect elimination process to identify and implement reliability improvements.• Supporting management of change processes as required.• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and reliability with operators, maintainers, and engineering peers.• Providing technical expertise & training for changes to I/E Maintenance & Operating Technicians. Work closely with Operations and Technical teams.

• Perform and review the analysis and design activities in completing complex engineering design projects from general drawings and instructions.• Operation, maintenance, overhauling, inspection & testing of all electrical equipment’s including induction motors, alternators, transformers, relays, circuit breakers VFD, AVR, UPS.• Operation & maintenance of gas compressors and gas dehydration units.• Practicing and implementing electrical safety, functional safety and hazardous area requirements.• Experience in industrial power generation, protection design and control systems.• Responsible for completing and delivering projects on time.• Conduct daily rounds and monitoring of facilities, and identification of operational problems.• Investigate problems with electrical systems and develop management of change to address identified issues.• Prepare and check engineering designs, estimates, proposals, standards, and operational guides with other disciplines for operations and projects• Knowledge of HSE system and working in hazardous areas.• Operate production equipment to maintain designated operating conditions.• Understanding of P&ID and logic diagrams.• Monitor maintenance and inspection plans
