Liaise with management at all levels of the business, managing their expectations for project delivery, escalating project issues, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership as appropriate. Co-ordinate between all the agencies involved to achieve continuous progress at work. Maintain the speed of the project as outlined by the management without compromising on quality and integrity at any stage. Working with Governmental agencies as and when needed.

Provide quality preconstruction consulting, design and project management services. Provide critical strategic planning: execute project staging and logistics.Services include all aspects of design, planning and execution of assigned construction and tenant installation projects for commercial clients. Analyze designs; suggest improvements toplans, methods, and materials. Schedule project, select and procure materials; Oversee all phases of project execution; recommend engineering/design changes to client; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, consistently meeting project deadlines and highest possible quality standards. Maintain clear communications and positive relations with clients, architects and the consultants.

Analyzing end user design requirements & Planning/designing of test fits by involving architects,consultants and specialized agencies. Develop detailed elemental cost estimate and benchmarking the Project Cost Plan.Involved in Project scheduling, Resource planning, Budget tracking and monitoring the Change management both design/ technical and Commercial.Procurement of various packages identified. Preparation & tracking of project plan with MS Projects software tool;Preparation of weekly reports based on Project Milestones to the management. Handling services like Electrical, Mechanical, Security system, Audio Visuals and Building Management system including having knowledge of latest technology / updates. Commercial & technical closeout of the project. Adapted “GREEN BUILDING” concepts and co-ordinate documentation of LEED Certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) from IGBC. Co-ordinate for obtaining all necessary statutory approvals in time. Interface with other Business groups to ensure requirements are included in the design documentation. Identifying new and innovative ways of delivering savings and contributing to ongoing projects and completed three lean projects as per company’s requirement. Responsible for handing over the facility as planned.
