Back in the early 1990's I purchased my first computer which was a brand new Pentium 166mhz and immediately tore it apart and spent a good portion of my off time studing exactly how it worked and what I could do to make it perform faster, and more efficiently. After years of self study, hands on problem solving and information technology courses, I went out and obtained my A+ IT certification, and went full steam ahead with my own PC repar company, Minnesota Remote PC Repair. Computers are a window to the world. They are an incredibly important business, data storage and social tool. A majority of PC issues that plague people today can be solved by connecting to technicians over the internet. Slow computers, operating system crashes, and particularly virus and spyware problems. The result of these issues can cause loss of productivity which is loss of time, and the possibility of loss of irreplaceable data. My goal is to help businesses and PC owners eliminate time wasting issues brought on by inefficient maintenance procedurres. I accomplish this by installing or suggesting the latest and most effective maintenance utiliteis and methods that the IT world has to offer. I can solve these issues remotely, in-home or office, and at my place of business.
