By promoting collaboration and information exchange, we actively contribute to building a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem.Role: External Relations Manager• Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners of the Jobshub, Cashier, and Datahall products.• Establishing strategic collaborations with the information and communications technology ecosystem in Indonesia.• Conducting analysis of the Jobshub, Cashier, and Datahall products to drive marketing growth.• Developing business process improvement plans for the Jobshub, Cashier, and Datahall products.• Participating in conferences, seminars, and exhibitions on information and communications technology trends.Achievement:• 5,271 users registered on the Jobshub platform in Q1 2024. • 64 startups and SMEs subscribed to the cashier POS service in Q1 2024 (launched in Feb 2024 for external users).• All data center racks are fully occupied (34 racks). We are now expanding towards cloud and VPS development.

The Local Enablers is an inclusive ecosystem designed as a social entrepreneurship-based beginner entrepreneurship development model. TLE ecosystem is built using a System Thinking and Design Thinking approach to individuals as a basis for presenting solutions. Over a period of 13 years, The Local Enablers has assisted more than 1,280 businesses so that they find challenges and lessons learned in carrying out their roles.Role: Ecosystem Development Coordinator• Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, government agencies, NGOs, and local communities• Facilitating community engagement activities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance awareness and capacity for environmental management• Analyzing local potential aspects ranging from flagship product commodities, natural potential, social values, and cultural values• Conducting conferences and seminars on environmental policies and regulations in IndonesiaAchievement:• Completed Kampung Bersih Rentenir activities for 60 SMEs from 2 sub-districts in collaboration with the Bandung City Government in 2023• Completed the Co-Working Space Activation activities for 600 SMEs from 20 sub-districts in collaboration with the Bandung City Government in 2022• Completed the development of 6 innovative products from the Jambi area in collaboration with KKI Warsi in 2022• Completed the Institutional Capacity Building activities for PtPPMA and the development of 2 innovative products in Jayapura Regency in 2022• Completed the Institutional Capacity Building activities for Bentara and the development of 3 innovative products in the regencies of Manokwari, South Sorong, and Raja Ampat in 2021• Completed the development of 20 village flagship products from the Berau area, East Kalimantan in collaboration with the Yayasan Konservasi Alam Nusantara in 2020• Project Manager for the Business Integrity for Youth Entrepreneurs Training activities for 120 selected Youths in collaboration with UNDP Indonesia in 2020
