Because it was a sole proprietorship, I had to handle roles & responsibilities to develop a better mechanism of business operations and accounts on a regular basis.As a Business Development Associate, I was responsible for working with the operations manager to resolve issues in business operations such as order processing, inventory management, inbound and outbound activities, logistics, and enhancing the Job Index of Employees.As Head of Accounts Department, I was responsible for providing a clear image of the company's financial condition to the Proprietor, as well as maintaining accounts manually and in accounting software to produce reports such as Monthly Sales, Purchases, Receivables & Payables, and Inventory Reports, which helped the organisation in focusing on and achieving their objectives and goals.
