I am an organized and driven young scientist who is dedicated to the exploration of the earth's climate and helping our environment. I am looking to transition to a position supporting early career researchers that focuses on diversifying academia, building community, and providing professional development opportunities.Currently, I am an NSF postdoctoral fellow at Colorado State University working with Dr. James Hurrell. I did my PhD at the University of Colorado Boulder with Dr. Mark Serreze on tracking patterns of ocean heat content across the Arctic Ocean using reanalysis data.During my undergraduate education, I majored in Studio Art and Environmental science. In my Masters work, I developed a thesis that examined the biogeochemical changes in lakes in Northern Alaska during one summer with support from Dr. Karen Frey.
