Distinction of reducing the Cost of maintenance to one third.

Functioned as a Key person of the Planning unit with accountability for implementing E Governance for planning & monitoring of civil infrastructure projects of Uttar Pradesh (East).Holds the distinction of converting All Land & Building assets in soft data including old drawings .Successfully completed the assignment for Web based progress monitoring & Tendering system.Retrofitting works for telecom infrastructure for earthquake resistance.

Handled complete site activities as team leader for construction of 79 Numbers M/W stations spread all over hilly areas of KSA.

Incharge for completion of pending works at Nanded, Latur.Involved in Planning, estimation of Cable Net work at Jalgaon & Ahmednagar.

Handled planning & Structural Design of various projects in Bihar.Involved in Planning, estimation, execution and maintenance of Telecom buildings, quarters, officers Colony, Store sheds.In charge of construction , responsible for quality, progress, cost control, payment to vendor for construction of multistory Administrative Buildings,TE Building, Staff Colony at Patna .In charge of Civil store with Reserve Price 6.00 Carore for suppling cement and steel for 14 Districts of North Bihar involving acquiring required material, storing, supplying and maintaining records and cost control as well as maintaining the work ledgers.
