My dream has always been to lead a team in a business by setting goals and analyzing performance to reach levels of success that has never been met before. I currently work at Trader Joe's as a Crew Member which has helped me gain skills in problem solving, communication, and leadership.I have managed and written multiple order sections which has allowed me to make our sales increase by 30%, while also decreasing the levels of spoiled product. This has given me knowledge about the supply chain management process. I have also become proficient in sales and operational activities. I am now ready to switch my focus to a management role.
