CurrentEdit, create, and optimize documentation for the Live Site Engineering (LSE) teams, as well as completely overhauling the existing LSE content to improved standards for accuracy and compliance, retiring obsolete content, and working with developers and engineers to codify process workflows (both internal and external). Later expanded to knowledge management for Xi DC Operations, Security & Compliance, and Xi Security Operations.• Conducted three separate content audits (LSE, Xi DC Ops, and Security & Compliance) totaling almost 1500 pages for content freshness, accuracy, completeness, and standards, mapping offsite links, and migrating content from external repositories into Confluence/SharePoint.• Instituted templates and procedures to standardize Confluence article creation, tagging, and organization, plus SharePoint repositories for archived content.• Recognized by several LSE teams and managers for exceptionally fast turnaround on time-sensitive projects, including audit compliance.
