I was part of a team who responds to customer issues with Volusion's proprietary E-commerce software. We provided the support they needed or directed them to the appropriate resources they would need to obtain it. Required the use of soft skills to give the customer a positive experience as well as a variety of technical skills to provide support in a variety of environments.

In-game support for World of Warcraft. I worked with a team to answer questions and address the concerns of our players.

I worked with Line editors to complete variety of assignments that ranged from game design to writing tasks such as catalog copy. All work was done on a tight schedule so organization and efficiency was key.

Designed the critically acclaimed Whispering Vault roleplaying game.

I designed the Xanth board game, developed the Demons products for the Role Aids line and worked on the Chill and DC Heroes line.

As BattleTech Developer I coordinated a team of freelance writers and designers, keeping their work in line with the minutia of an established and detailed setting. I worked closely with the editorial and art departments to maintain and build the brand.
