I champion customer-centric principles at all organizational levels.• Created ONE operations and service org across 11 businesses to drive operational excellence and lean processes.• Designed and implemented the Americas and Canada markets improvement strategy to enhance the digital workplace products & service delivery across multiple streams, elevate customer engagements, and shift culture to one of customer obsession.• Ideated, created, and rolled out a first-of-its-kind GE DT service organization, the One DT Service & Operations platform supporting $30B company across all 11 Vernova’s portfolio , to drive efficiency and eliminate 5000 hours of waste.

I championed digital transformation strategy throughout the region by partnering with CEOs, business leaders, and products teams to drive the development and implementation of top-quality digital services and products.• Supported $5B in business growth by driving all regional Digital Ops and planning & developing transformation strategy throughout different parts of the business. Contributed to the overall success and growth of the region and organization.• Built and improved a 16-member, multi-national, cross-functional team of technology professionals.• Delivered $3.8M productivity by successfully executing 38 infra projects and five high-visibility projects on a global scale.

In this role, I forged and strengthened partnerships with business management functional leaders and MENAT Project Managers.• Navigated 36 IT build projects with a total investment of $16.5M to realize $3.8M in productivity gains and boost site connectivity efficiency by 50%.• Authored processes and best practices for all new initiatives across the MENAT region.

In this regional leadership role, I established and grew the foundations of GE's IT organizations throughout the region.• Recruited and hired four IT Managers in Iraq and two Service managers in Jordan and Lebanon. Improved employee retention by offering training, advancement, and mentorship opportunities.• Pioneered the first-ever connection of 97 gas turbines across 14 power plants with real-time data transfer to GE's hub located in the United States and leveraging first-in-country IIOT technology "Predix."• Developed regional strategy & goals that align with overall company global IT strategy & vision for the future in addition to the CEO and business leader's growth vision for the region.

With the UN, I designed, implemented, and managed an e-gov ERP / CCMS court case management system to digitalize processes and leverage modern technology.• Eliminated paper documentation with an innovative e-gov solution.• Chaired a digital committee including 3 ministers, a judges, and deputy prime ministers to align stakeholders.• Built a database for crimes against women, tracked results, and reported to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Guided internal technology services, a talented team, and other resources that supported internal/external government interface IT engagements. Additionally, provided advisory services on eGovernment strategy and IT capacity building for the Government of Iraq.- Orchestrated 4 IT managers and 13 IT service delivery & 2 IT Projects managers throughout seven offices with a $2.9M portfolio. Consolidated multiple groups into one service group, which enhanced the efficiency, consistency, and overall quality of new projects/initiatives.- Drafted and implemented a plan for improving the reliability and performance of internal support staff and network infrastructure. Realized efficiency improvements and gains throughout all aspects of IT operations.- Decreased the response time for service incidents after re-structuring the team. Boosted end-user satisfaction and up-time of equipment and systems.
