As the Global Marketing & Communications Director at auticon, I work with the Global Management Team to determine the strategic and creative direction of our brand and campaigns. We are driven by our mission to address the inequalities in employment for neurodivergent people and our vision to build an inclusive world is at the heart of everything we do.auticon is an award-winning international consultancy company and social enterprise that provides organisations with DEI & IT services whilst also providing sustainable careers for autistic adults in data science, cybersecurity, and quality assurance.auticon is currently operational in 15 countries and I work closely with marketing professionals in each territory to support their development of the auticon brand and to deliver against our commercial and social objectives.With over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and advertising, I have delivered successful B2C and B2B projects for clients across various sectors, including media, fashion, and entertainment. I have a degree in Enterprise Management and a strong background in branding, online marketing, and internal communications. I am a passionate neurodiversity advocate, involved in supporting and empowering neurodivergent children and families through parent support groups.
