Head of Football Recruitment (360 service): Recruit staff, candidates and clients. Oversee legal contracts & documents, client and athlete management. Last but not least, oversee a team of scouts and junior recruiters.As head of football I am a senior recruiter of top tier talent and staff within the football industry for my agency and because of my legal background I also handle clients and candidates contract negotiations. I head hunt, procure and secure new contracts and endorsement deals as well as manage other areas of their off-field life, depending on their age, lifestyle and needs. I am also head of the scouting team and I manage the scouts who go out to search for talents, watch and report on potential clients.

As a call taker for the NHS appointment line, I will be the first point of contact of communication with patients, patients’ relatives, health care professionals and other callers. My responsibilities were taking calls and helping patients’ book, schedule or re-schedule appointments. Left job due to end of 8-month contract.

Telephone sales. Cold calling, marketing and selling low cost telephone and broadband services to businesses and corporations. Making five sales deals a week. Left to earn more as I had just graduated and was deserving of basic pay that fit my qualifications and skills.

As president of the Nigerian Society, i was head of a society that helped and made life of Nigerian Students, both home and overseas based easier and more enjoyable away from home.Worked with and managed a team of 6 other executive officers, including vice-president, events officer to treasurer to name a few and ensured the smooth and effective running of the society.Alongside the events officer, organised educative and also social events for the society members and the student body at large, ranging from outings to history documentaries, fashion and talent shows and social events, where the best of Nigerian music and food was on offer to the world.

To plan with the executive members of the societies, events organised by the society for its members and other students.Headed and managed a body of 10 known as the “events team,” made up of student representatives. To help with the set-up and set-down of venues and location for events held.To also plan educative, inspiring and motivating and fun events for the student body as a whole under the student union.

My responsibilities were to help to campaign for change in our local communities. The key tasks were to coordinate and to lead a team of call handlers to canvass for pre-election and campaign surveys, recording the information. 3-month contracts ending after elections were done.

As a paralegal I practiced some of what I had learnt at university such as legal research on Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis. My role was mainly legal research on case law, cases with precedent, reviewing contracts, drawing up contracts. After 3 months I was able to liaise with third party solicitors, lenders, clients and stakeholders. After 5 months I was also able to register titles, organise and schedule exchanges of contracts and settlements. Left as I wanted to come back to the UK for work and university.
