- I was the managing director of this company in partnership with some former state officials, and it specialized in the field of general supplies of mining materials.- I worked on logistical planning for supply chains and transportation operations, and thus I was able to reduce costs, including increasing profit and price competition.- I developed a flexible administrative system to reduce time, speed up decision-making, and prevent interruption of the workflow.
