Mo has been entrusted to manage multi-million well budgets and a team of 3 crews with over 9 personnel at one time. Mo understands the importance of enjoying a work life balance as it is an integral component to performing the highest level of excellence during challenging situations. He carries the capacity to motivate crew and develop rapport with diverse individuals at all levels.Mo enjoys overcoming the complexity of well operations specifically during extreme weather conditions. He appreciates that this challenge pushes his creativity and resourcefulness in getting the job done while keeping the safety of those on site as a priority. On an educational front, Mo has continuously developed himself by going through various industry related courses and accreditations. A few of the key skills that Mo brings forward include excellent leadership skills, time and organization skills, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
