Integration/P8A, manage the 47/48 section which is the back section of the 737 fuselage. present time I manage the shipping center which provide shipping the 737 Fuselage to Boeing.

Responsible for the management of Door Shop/Rigging team for the Boeing 737 .Responsible for the management of the upper load of the fuselage of the Boeing 737.Responsible for the floor beam, seat track and window installation production team. Currently responsible for 50 hourly employees

Supervised Final Assembly team in support of the Hawker 987 Production Line. Assuring the completion of the aircraft assembly prior to delivering it to the next station while maintain a safe work environment, communicating status of the aircraft, achieving and exceeding production work hours on the plane.Provided leadership to 55+ employees in manufacturing for the Hawker 750, 800XP and 900XP production line.Work closely with the Production Manager, Production Control, Tooling, Planning, Quality, and Engineering and Safety teams to ensure safety, quality, cost savings and on-time delivery.2010- (4) QN free airplanes.Strong coaching and development background with individuals and teams.Manage Quality and Costs: lower scrap, improve inventory turns, improve on time deliver and increase labor productivity.Experience with working with bargaining unit representation.Train, motivate, and direct employees on manufacturing techniques, safety procedures, policies and procedures.
