In this role my responsibilities were vast and included but were not limited to:•Working with a varying level of investors in creating tailored feasibility studies, and strategies surrounding the development of, residential, multi-storey residential, commercial and agricultural projects.•Communicating with, and instructing stakeholders (Asset Owners/Custodians, Investors, Construction Managers, Design Engineers, Architects, Banking Partners/Financiers and Legal Counsel). In regard to allocating them specific tasks, establishing program/project deadlines and key milestones (drawdown conditions etc), creating working groups, and running PCG meetings.•Establishment of a delivery frameworks and land acquisition/divestment.•Compliance and governance oversight on complex purchases such as crown-owned (government) assets. As well providing insight and negotiating with local government and infrastructure asset owner on the development, of private sector projects. Advising local Iwi (indigenous tribe) representatives on residential housing provision strategies for, Iwi land holdings in the Northern Waikato Region.*Key Achievement: Settlement of Crown Land and the first private rezoning. Achieving RC and BC2 in Christchurch CBD since 2011 Earthquake - Tuam Street*Providing strategic advice and sourcing early-phase, private-equity funding (NZD$10mn), for a multi-storey residential development (private retirement facility) revalued at $87mn in Auckland.
