Mo Khan [he/him] is a People Consultant on the People, Impact & Comms team at Harry’s Inc. Harry's Inc. started in 2013 with a specific goal: disrupt the shaving industry by creating an innovative, everyday product at a fair price. Since then, Harry’s has expanded to Canada and Europe, developed relationships with retailers such as Target and Walmart, expanded our grooming brand into a personal care powerhouse, incubated new brands like Flamingo, and made our first brand acquisition with Lumē and Mando. Our mission is to Create Things That People Like More, and we are on a journey to build a portfolio of amazing brands that enable this mission. In his role, Mo serves on the People Business Partnering team, collaborating with Harry's leadership and designing & co-delivering world-class Talent Development, Employee Engagement, People Operations, Total Rewards, DEI, and Social Impact solutions for our talent base.
