- Assist project manager in project planning and coordinate oversee all work in sites to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting planned dates in schedule- Estimate quantities of material, concrete volume and rebars.- Draw rebar schedule and check construction drawings- Ensure construction QA/QC processes are being implemented by the contractor & sub-contractors- Liaise with Authorities, Clients, Consultant, Sub-contractor and end-users to meet project demands and satisfaction- Managing and supervising labors on construction sites with smoothly and safety- Coordination for verification of extra claims raised by the contractor- Identify and highlight possible risk on project- Interact directly with Consultant for clarification in design/RFI etc- Communicate closely with sub-contractors to ensure on time completion of work

- preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;- undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work;- assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies;- performing risk and value management and cost control;- advising on procurement strategy;- identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks;- preparing and analysing costings for tenders;- allocating work to subcontractors;- providing advice on contractual claims;- analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports;- valuing completed work and arranging payments;- maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use;- understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
