Responsible for customer engagement, client requirements, work package scoping, SOW Documentation, ramp up and deployment resource capabilities. Engage with end client and internal project teams to scope and define agreed requirements. Working closely with Head of Managed Solutions primarily within SoW business function covering a range of commercial agreements from Fixed Price and Hybrid Models. Accountable for delivery and deployment of MS Gibbs Associates into programmes across multiple client accounts. Part of the team responsible for the inception and build out of Gibbs Consulting's AML Unit/KYC Practice, servicing clients across Luxembourg, London and Dublin with a range of AML product services covering account migrations, case remediation, new business on-boarding and advisory solutions.
