As i moved to Hamburg in order to search for a PHD program to get in ruled with and after i got an advise from my professor to get integrated in Germany i start looking for a job where i can learn some German, meet people and earn money for sure...When i started, I was an event manager were i organize events starting from managing the logistics, contacting the customer and making the event by myself. On April 2019 i been promoted to a team leader so my responsibilities became bigger. i became responsible for training new candidates and manage all the requirements for 4 or 5 events at the same time as well as organizing new locations, collecting cash money from our team and send to the responsible department, writing feedbacks on our events, team, wear house and many other things. The reason why i left this job is that i found more suitable job.

I covered a wide range of tasks concerning the training and evaluation of the assistants fortasks related to basic bookkeeping on SAP. Moreover, I was involved in the making ofstrategic decisions, account management and day-to-day transactions. I was alsoresponsible to ensure the sufficient availability of funds.

We are a team establishing a new NGO, asking communities to deal with refugees as human capital and connecting qualified, experienced refugees with smart business men. Starting a non-governmental organization or a non-profit organization can be a lengthy, time consuming process. However, the difficulties of the process can be minimized by following a consistent series of steps and seeking advice when needed. NGO/NPOs provide much needed services to their respective communities, and thorough planning during the start-up process is crucial to develop an effective and professional organization that is able to meet the mired challenges faced by the world today.
