Currently supporting the Business Development Team to acquire new logos across the entire Virgin Media O2 Portfolio.Our aim is to increase efficiency, reduce operational costs and contribute towards sustainability, with your business needs at the forefront of our solutions.I'm reaching out to new and existing clients, at all levels, to build stronger relationships within the Private and Public sector. A key aspect of the role is to deliver excellent services to clients by aiming to understand customer challenges, business aims/strategy and reviewing existing infrastructure.

I was responsible for heading up O2 Open with planning and preparation for 20 events a month and execute them in a professional manner by getting out in the field as a sales rep. Exceed targets by up to 300% on a consistent basis.Recognised as best performing sales man across the whole of franchise.Identifying and target customer bases both locally and nationally to co-ordinate site visits for our Open Team identifying new prospective opportunities and attending meetings to increase the growth of O2’s brand, this involves B2B client relationships.In my portfolio were large corporate enterprises such as UK Police Forces, Public Sector, NHS, Banks, Disney, Comic Relief, Merlin, KPMG, Brakes Bros, DXC, E2V, Fire and Rescue, RNIB and many more along with a group of smaller SME customers.My role involved building marketing strategies, writing promotional packs, intranet adverts, posters and flyers that are put carefully together to ensure the popularity of the events and to go out and set up events and promote o2's product and services at clients' sites. Constantly seeking to expand our client portfolio through close communication with my network of O2 Direct Business Account Managers, Enterprise & MNC Mangers, ensuring that they have the necessary information to be confident in our team's ability to exceed their client needs and expectations.With my unique set of skills and my influence with o2 open this helps build stronger relationship for the account managers with their clients for future connections.

Working as a senior key member of a busy and diverse team, I was responsible for running the team on a day to day basis, delivering daily/weekly/monthly briefings to the team and processing weekly figures. In addition to this, I became the sole Business Specialist in store enabling me to comfortably sell and negotiate larger contracts. Since starting at O2 I consistently exceeded all targets set of me at store level whilst also setting new area sales records against a number of KPIs. Through my extensive experience I guided customers and clients through a suite of products directing them through the various stages of a successful sale whilst finding the most appropriate solution for them and the organisation.
