Regional Sales Manager
CurrentResponsible for driving sales growth and market share in a specific region by developing relationships, building contacts, and managing sales. They work with hotel owners and general managers to understand the property goals, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.Customer development: Increase the customer base by interacting with new customers, end-users, and dealers.Set and implement pricing strategies for multiple hotel properties.Implement promotions and discounts.Collaborate with other hotel departments to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.Staff management: Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees.Plan and review compensation strategies.Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts.Manage the sale cycle from end -to-end, including prospect identification and qualification, funnel and prospect management, sales forecasting, proposal generation and contract closure.Increase sales with existing customers through growing the services portfolio under contract.Manage lead generation through social selling, prospecting, trade-shows and other interactions.Drive sales as a “hunter” by engaging new accounts and implementing strategies for new logos.Draft and deliver proposals or pitches to potential clients
