Tasks varied from vendor management and employee training to debugging packet core and RAN software as per Qualcomm guidelines for PTT on W-CDMA. Guided local teams in all phases of installation, drive testing, performance measurement, optimization, interference discovery, troubleshooting, voice quality, and NOC integration. The launch was a success. I am not at liberty to discuss company details further. My role was all encompassing as lead for Qualcomm PTT deployment as per client needs.
