Leading the MCM measure instore and have delivered 3 out of 4 stores to top 3 on the company. Trading the shop floor and running the store in the absence of the store manager. Delivering department within allocated cost lines. Completed a New Store Opening for Sudbury store in Suffolk in 2012.

Day to day running of a 140 cover restaurant, 30 FOH staff, 3 chefs & 2 KP's. Responsible for sourcing suppliers and delivering a 64% GP margin against cost. Managing catering for corporate and external events.

Running the Customer Service & Checkouts with a team of 56. Also covered off the customer cafe when no manager in place.

Started as an Xmas temp. Successfully applied for and completed a 2 year Trainee Management scheme culminating in appointment to Checkout Controller in 1991. Moved to Sudbury in Suffolk to open a brand new store in 1994. Areas of responsibility including cash office and petrol station.
