I originally come from a computing background, and have since transitioned into public health over the years. I formed the company iCall Care in 2013, and I manage a team of 40 fantastic team members. Having worked in two contrasting sectors has enabled me to utilise the power of both human and digital interactions in order to develop effective business strategies, manage teams, boost morale, and achieve collective goals. Whilst my knowledge lies within a logical, operational and technical field; I am drawn towards roles of a caring nature, with a drive to support others and improve services. Coming from a background of protected characteristics, it is both a professional and a personal goal to advocate for equality and diversity across all settings.We are actively recruiting HCA's in the Leicester area (please contact if this is of interest).
