Mo Wright is President and Founder of the RAMA Consulting Group, Inc., a professional services consulting firm specializing in Strategic Planning, Stakeholder Engagement, and Talent Development. Mo oversees all aspects of the organization including client prospecting, marketing, and guiding the company’s strategic direction into new markets. RAMA was recently honored with the Micro Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Increase CDC and the Alumni Achievement Award from the John Glenn School at The Ohio State University.In 2008, Mo began his second entrepreneurial venture, Milan Development LLC, which provides capacity building and support services to small and minority businesses. The company began with the purchase of the Crosstown Professional Office Building which serves as a business incubator and home to the Linden Café which he also owns and operates. Mo serves on several community boards and committees including: Huntington Bank Business Advisory Committee, Columbus Metropolitan Club (Chairman), the United Way Board of Trustees (Planning and Investment Chair), and the City of Columbus Recreation and Parks Commission (Vice-Chair). He also was a recipient of the Business First Newspaper “40 under 40” award in 2006, Winston Salem State University 40 Under 40 Award in 2013 and a fellow of the African American Leadership Academy, Cycle 2.
