Maintaining training calendar to manage all negotiation skills and conflict management training courses and activities, preparation of training activities “before, during and after” training courses.Processing, following up and tracking procurements and paperwork’s associated with training courses and activities, Responsible for trainings logistics and administrations, contributing in designing training materials, activities, exercises and as a co-trainer during courses when needed, organizing and delivering collaborative sessions using lectures, group discussions, and team exercises.Ensure proper documentation of training activities outcomes and information in accordance with Mercy Corps Program Management Minimum Standards.cooperating with other mercy corps unites within the same project or other development projects activities as needed.
