Work tasks:- Digital handover of Nyt Sund SDU (50000m2), in collaboration with colleagues and external partners.- Quality assure and approve the data received from contractors according to the project agreements.- Systematically entering data into the Handover-system and FM-system for the building owner.- Assist in maintaining and developing data in the facility management system, such as BIM models, as-built drawings, O&M documentation, 360-degree images, and asset registration.- Various drawing tasks in Autodesk Revit.- Guide and teach the colleagues in using the facility management system and finding relevant data as needed.

Assist the facility management office in handling large amount of O&M data for the building owner.

Work tasks:- 3D modelling for multi-story constructions in Autodesk Revit.- Assisting the project manager with sketches/drawings, area measurements, load calculations, cost estimation etc.
