*Providing remote software application support for market leading bespoke products both error proofing software and server-side software. * Supporting customers across the global with both application and SQL server support.* Supporting project managers and liasing with customer representatives for project rollouts ensuring installations/upgrades are done correctly and customer expectations are met. * Working in a support team for all Atlas Copco software products and liaising with support and development teams where required to ensure all SLAs are met. * Occasional visits to UK manufacturing facilities to gain an in-depth knowledge of installed solutions and ongoing projects. * In depth log analysis and troubleshooting steps to resolve customer issues and provide responses within SLA agreements.* Support the installation and configuration of complex production systems and providing a profound technical analysis of the installed solutions in case of malfunction.* Dealing with production and data critical systems in industrial environments, understanding the links between the customer’s production processes and the associated IT products and solutions.* In depth knowledge and experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, SQL/SSMS, Firewall Policies, Cyber Security* Vet Software Engineers application, carry out interviews and provide bespoke training programmes to new starters.

• Support world class OSS Solutions for network rollout, performance, optimisation and analytics. • Act as the Subject Matter Expert in Networks OSS Cluster. • Support and administer the IP & Data Network Management Systems; which in most cases includes the server hardware, operating system and the applications. • Improve security and manage vulnerabilities by monthly patching using SCCM/MCM. • Improve service and customer focus and ensure the relevant parties are kept informed throughout any engagement. Own support of the OSS applications; manage the resolution of fault tickets and the progress of general administration duties as required and pass to 3rd line or Vendor support where required.• Carry out the resolution of fault tickets and application administration where required on the OSS estate. Work with other IT teams to develop standard fixes for use by 1st line support and front line colleagues to reduce volume of tickets into 2nd line and IT support as a whole.• Proactively manage the applications supported to increase the reliability and quality of the services delivered, including reducing fault volumes, impact and MTTR. Create/Review & Modify documentation within the documentation library to comply with relevant standards.• Be part of a development team, reviewing and making recommendations for IT system improvements. Management of license compliance, IT system security, patching and capacity management to comply with relevant standards.

• Based at Jaguar Land Rover facility in Solihull to provide technical and applications support for critical hardware and software products onsite.• Error tracking, analysis and correction, log file analysis, system analysis (operating system), hotfix tests, reception of incidents, communication problems, operator failures and miscellaneous incidents.• Communication with off site software support, managing customer co-ordination and execution of feedback.• Responsible for assisting with on-site support including customer training, product installation, resolution of customer issues and programming support.• Identify, define, develop and execute new or refined applications and support processes and procedures with Jaguar Land Rover.• Collect Jaguar Land Rover requests, and work with project management, engineering and sales (if necessary) to provide an appropriate response.• Responsible for providing timely technical support via telephone and email or on-site support for all Synatec products to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.• Undertake problem solving on all network installations• Diagnose problematic and inefficient performance of all Synatec products and take appropriate action to rectify performance.• Take ownership of the customer’s problem and with the support of the Synatec service team see the problem through to its conclusion.• Support Atlas Copco’s sales and general service sales activities by developing and maintaining key customer relationships.
