•Offered over 1600 hours of short term psychotherapy using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and an integrated perspective of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) existential psychotherapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and psychodynamic Therapy.•Delivering several types of group interventions such as group counselling, psycho-educative groups and work focused groups. •Conducted over 160 psychological assessments (of which over 50 neuropsychological assessments)•Supervising and supporting non psychologist staff facing clients with mental health conditions in various settings. •Worked with a wide range of clients from different ages, background, etnicity in various clinical settings, out-patients and in-patients and in employment support settings.Goal is to keep developing psychological specialties like psychotherapy skills, assessments skills and work support skills with the hope of empowering clients to increase their life quality.Specialties: Short term psychotherapy, health in work environments, neuropsychological assesssments and treatments.
