Having recently earned my degree of MSc in Business and Economics (civilekonomexamen), specializing in economics, I am now looking forward to new opportunities to learn and grow as an analyst/economist.After my childhood aspirations of a royal title didn’t pan out, I had to find a new career path and it was my interest in working in international settings that first led me to my new field of interest. Along the way, I found that I enjoyed working with numbers, and economics really suited me and my curiosity about the workings of the world. Causes, as well as consequences, of actions and events, intrigue me, just as puzzles and problem-solving games do.Years prior, I traveled to China for the first time to study Mandarin and Chinese culture. There I grew into someone more independent, who was happy to navigate the streets on her own despite a very limited local vocabulary. It was after this experience that I discovered I wanted to work in diverse, international environments in the future.The willingness to try and learn is one of my most valued attributes as it has given me so much. It lets me stay more open-minded and has made me try my hand at things like playing instruments or learning to code with R and SQL in my free time, to become better at data analysis.
