And I learned from the field of customer service through chat that being quick in writing as much as possible in order to complete my work as quickly as possible, and it was possible to deal with three clients at the same time, and each client has his own problem and a special solution method, taking into account the time and being faster in making a decision To avoid the customer's anger and to get him out of the conversation satisfied and his problem is solved. And I learned from the field of selling in the stationery and school supplies store that I should be good-natured and better in dealing than being a skilled salesman. I learned to create a relationship between me and the customer so that he would be comfortable with me, and I do that by smiling in his face, suggesting better things, not just more expensive things, Ask him what the purpose of buying these things is to show him that the purpose is important and not something small or trivial, that will make the customer come to me again specially to buy a lot of things and that's my point of being a good sales man . I hope to have many opportunities in many fields in order to improve my income and to learn many skills to expand my mind.
