Born and raised in Brazil, Moa has led teams and clients at the top creative agencies in the country, winning over 170 awards at all major national and global award shows (including 21 Cannes Lions) and serving as a jury member at all major Award Shows (including D&AD, Clios, and 2 Cannes Lions editions). He moved to the US 5 years ago to work as a Chief Creative Officer at RAPP, Omnicom’s biggest precision market agency. After helping RAPPY NY re-establish its business and creative reputation by introducing new creative capabilities and implementing a modern creative philosophy, which drove significant growth for the office, Moa was promoted to North America CCO, running creative across all five offices (NY, LA, SF, Chicago, and Dallas) and overseeing over 80 creative, UX and production people. Throughout his career, Moa has successfully led clients and teams in multiple categories, like Finance, Auto, Tech, Telecom, Beauty, CPG, Insurance, Beverages, Education, Gaming, and other consumer sectors. In the past couple of years, he also specialized in Healthcare for top US clients and brands. As a creative, Moa loves creating compelling brand experiences that have a “wtf effect”: bold smart ideas that impact culture, change the perception of what’s possible, and push the industry forward (hence the .wtf extension on his website).
