I worked in a role as senior HR Business Partner (HRBP), supported managers with people & culture related questions. My main focus was to give excellent support but also coaching and challenging managers, so that they in their turn can easily lead, grow and develop their teams. Involved in full people cycle; from recruit to exit, including labor law, union negotiations, compensation and benefits, people development.In addition to the work as HRBP, I am also part of the Change and Communication team for a company-wide finance transformation program. Scania is undergoing a transformation both as a company, but also within finance. This includes a new ERP system and even more importantly, new ways of working. To succeed with the transformation, a solid change and communication strategy is needed and for which I am both part of planning and executing upon.
