• Grew the “AI Ethics Brief” newsletter (now read by top AI-related decision makers globally) from 0 to 5.3K subscribers while maintaining an industry-high 41% open rate.• Achieved 1st page ranking on Google for “AI ethics” keyword and 64% of traffic sourced through organic search by writing SEO-optimized blog content. Also managed a fully remote, globally distributed team of in-house and freelance writers to scale up our content strategy.• Grew LinkedIn and Twitter audiences to 5K+ each via industry-relevant content and memes.

• Created the “Delve” podcast — the audio component of the award-winning thought leadership platform for McGill University’s business school.• Guests included Yann Lecun (Chief AI Scientist at Meta), David Malpass (President of the World Bank), and Shaun Donovan (former US Secretary of Housing & Urban Development).

• Created the narrative-driven “Made At McGill” podcast where I interviewed founder-CEOs like Dax Dasilva (Lightspeed) and Francis Davidson (Sonder). Secured and executed a 5-figure partnership with Interac (a major Canadian fintech company) to support the podcast.• Doubled niche email list of local entrepreneurs from 5K to 10K by creating startup content including interviews, op-eds, and tactical guides for founders. Also managed a writing team.• Ran the full content stack (blog, newsletter, social) to support the programs that went on to raise over $7M to power local entrepreneurship.
