I am Systems Administrator who is responsible for administrating, troubleshooting, maintenance, optimizing of client environments, and contributing to client strategic planning. As System Administrator, I operate as part of the service desk and engineering teams providing both remote and onsite support in a variety of ways including Level 1 phone calls and service desk tickets, Level 1 onsite troubleshooting and user education, Level 2 remote and onsite troubleshooting and analysis, and Level 3 escalation with the assistance of vendor support and senior engineers.I am a self-starter and well-rounded professional with great verbal and written communication skills and experience operating in an ITIL based service desk environment. I have strong desire in identifying as the end user to drive rapid and comprehensive resolution, gain deeper technical insight, and use new knowledge to improve the client experience across the client base. I am the main client support liaison for multiple clients by providing regular scheduled and ad-hoc onsite visits and maintaining up to date documentation on all aspects of the client environment. Client environment support includes remote and onsite support of hardware and software. Client hardware includes on-premises physical and virtual Windows based servers, a mix of client devices including Windows based PC, Mac, iOS, and Android devices, as well as printers and basic network devices.
