Current- Lead and oversee architectural design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to design standards, codes, and client requirements.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to develop comprehensive and integrated design solutions.- Lead the Sustainability team to provide sustainable designs and approaches to achieve green buildings code and standards.- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient project delivery while meeting quality standards and client expectations.- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing innovative solutions while ensuring satisfaction and project success.- Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities, participating in proposal development, and securing new projects through effective presentations and networking.
