Prepare and draft all technical matters of a prospective projects related to preliminary design for Schneider Electric offers and solutions for mega projects and prescription works.Define technical requirements for the project by reviewing the customer’s requirements and specification for running mega projects.Propose deign /solutions for prescribed projects. Implement tailor made solutions that stick the closest to the needs while working towards optimizing company’s existing standard supply and match requirements of specifications.Prepare optimum power design for each solution (Hospital, Hotel, Data Center, Green Building ....etc).Prepare technical clarifications requested from customers.Prepare the project technical data, electrical distribution architecture proposal, single line diagram, protection scheme, load flow study, short-circuit calculation, panel layout, and civil work guide by using computer aided software. Prepare compliance statements and technical submittals.Design tools ETAP, AutoCAD, Ecodial, etc.

The main field is to install and operate power plants to produce electricity for local consumenrs using GAS engines and/or GAS turbine.Attend the Installation of Gas engine power plant in Borg El Arab (Alexandria) of rating of 100 Mwatt divided to three phases: the first phase 20 Mwatt ( Completed), second phase and third phase of 40 Mwaat each (future phases) .Supervise on the insulation and test and commissioning of the GAS Engines, complete generation system was supplied by Wärtsilä Company.Supervise on the insulation and test and commissioning of the SCADA system supplied by Siemens.Supervise on the insulation and test and commissioning of the Medium voltage switch-gear supplied by Schneider Electric. After installation responsible of operation to get the best performance, to increase the lifetime of the power plant and also secure continuity of power supply by dealing with any disturbances occurred by the loads.During operation responsible of Electro-mechanical maintenance like preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance and the maintenance required for any forced trip in the power plant.

•Production and operation follow-up for low voltage electrical switchboards, development and improvement of production process using new creative ideas. The involved panel types include: 1-ATS (1 out of 2. 1 out of 3, 1 out of 4, 2 out of 3, 3 out of 5) 2-Power Factor correction panels 3-Synchronization panel. 4-Motor Control Centers (MCC) 5- Phase correction panels 6- Process panels (PLC, Timers & smart relays)Installation of the panels in their operation sites, adjusting them to the proper mood of operation and performing maintenance processes if required.Study and Prepare the technical offer as well as the commercial offer for Costumers Quotation.Provide technical support to the Costumers.
