Ensures smooth operation of Computer Recycling at various site locations, including but not limited to: receiving, sorting, and loading. Ensures that all commodities are being produced and that sales revenue opportunities are being maximized with E-Waste..Regularly evaluates and proposes recommendations for operational improvement.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees/participants and volunteers; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; developing, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Complies and ensures adherence to contract and regulatory requirements. Maintains a safe working environment through inspections and training. Submits production and activity reports on regular basis with data and Budget. Works with Management, Assistant Operations Supervisors, Leads and other departments to ensure proper setting of standards is achieved in E-Waste Management, Social Mediahub, Retail Operations, Community Engagement and Arts & Craft.
