Managing a team of specalisits who provision MPLS based circuits including but not limited to: EOC, EIPDS, DIA, RNS, etc.... and manage customer hand offs. We also support Wholesale and Carrier customers reporting trouble as well as assisting field techs on installs and repairs. We are also the point of contact for all of our high value business customers. In conjunction, we act as the Tier 2 support for the Tier 1 Business Team, supporting VOIP and CPE customers.I also do vendor partnership management for our Operator Services vendor and handle customer service training, cultural sensitivity refreshers, and customer experience issues.
