Dedicated to assisting participants and providers to learn the ins and outs of the NDIS, Amor and Care was created as a 5 week online module, with exclusive member community for support. Report templates, case studies and weekly evening lives allows members to feel empowered, understand their plans, funding and deliver / receive a better and well-informed support. Modules are updated based on NDIS guidelines, including tips and tricks to navigating the scheme. Modules are entirely created, updated and regulated by director. All subtitled and inclusive of downloadable resources.

Providing clinical team (Allied Health professionals) with supervision, training and guidance on NDIS, intake, growth and accounting. Assisting to create new policies, procedures and resources to maximise client's results, increase clinician time with clients and ensure personal development and capacity building. In charge of referrals, community development and networking.

Recruited to create, train and lead team of Allied Health professionals into the world of NDIS. Using supportive leadership approach to design and grow the business. Providing supervision, training and support to all team members, including Specialist Support Coordinators, Support Coordinators, Psychosocial Recovery Coaches, Office Team and Support Workers. Training included NDIS, report writing, Mental Health, boundaries and restrictive practice.

Enhancing the quality of life and well-being of all West Australians with a disability by securing funding through a National scheme, based on Reasonable and Necessary criteria. Being the key role in service delivery between NDIA and the community, to deliver the NDIS. Following NDIA and COAG agreement and legislations. This role included meeting with participants, delivering information in a way that was accessible to them. Gathering information and supporting evidence, completing pre-planning and plan building of their initial plans, reviews, and implementations. Working closely with Mainstream and Community supports to market the scheme. Paying close attention to detail of participant’s needs and doing previous research into what is available in the community to assist with support connection. These included ILC grants, not for profit organization and community activities. Assisting participants and community to build their capacity, maximizing their level of choice and control over the services participants receive.
