As an executive project manager, I oversee a program of projects in the Data Center industry from an engineering perspective with Google in the US market. I have been instrumental in developing executive plans that optimize resource allocation and utilization. My role encompasses streamlining execution with the program objectives . I have been at the forefront of leading the delivery of a multi-million dollar, highly complex spectrum of projects on all modes of execution from concept to commissioning and in extremely challenging conditions, including those in infrastructure, Oil and gas, Power, and Energy, Airports, maritime, and heavy industry. With a talent for designing effective organizational structures and nurturing high-performance teams, I have successfully led diverse groups of over 20 personnel across various disciplines. My strong leadership and continuous engagement have consistently driven success in dynamic environments.In my Journey with AAW, I led the initiatives towards its growth by taking the business to new markets in the Oil and Gas industry through effective registration with the High Supreme Council of Energy in UAE.I hold a professional engineering license with Engineers Australia and am in the final phase of obtaining additional licenses from both PEO and L'Ordre des Ingénieurs. Holding a master’s degree in project management and a certified project manager professional, driven by a passion for personal growth, I am committed to continuous learning in project management and consistently stay current with the latest industry trends, methodologies and practices.Special interests include project execution innovations, strategizing, growing businesses, knowledge sharing, and system development.
