Developed the first procurement cost saving initiative for UR casing running services and mud auxiliary mixing services by implementing KPI requirements, developing Scope of Work (SOW), and designing technical and commercial evaluation criteria. This reduced the service cost by 9% and 41% respectively per well, and regulated the service market share by securing the required resources in the kingdom. Supported other category managers in key categories (Directional Drilling and Integrated Drilling Fluids) by collecting and analysing datasets of 1000+ data points, which was used in developing the service KPIs. Administration tasks include maintaining continuous communication with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply to operations, creating a procurement plan for new developments, conducting negotiations and price discussions with suppliers, preparing an award recommendation for successful bidders, and processing actions through SAP and SAP Ariba.Developed a dynamic monitoring tool displaying current and future inventory levels based on an algorithm that takes forecast and actual consumption into consideration. This has allowed PA admins to take necessary actions to remediate potential supply shortages to operations.

This database has enabled us to easily retrieve and study contract’s terms and conditions.Contributed to the creation of a PowerBI dashboard for Unconventional Resources Supply Chain that highlights activity changes, breakdown of overall well cost, rig performance monitoring, and the division KPIs.Designed an Incentive Model for an LSTK contract that tracks Well Delivery duration, calculates Incentive Award ($) for different scenarios, highlights opportunities for additional wells, and showcases an award distribution scheme that takes into consideration key input data such as Position Criticality and Work Duration.
